1. Booking & Reservations

• All reservations are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Valid identification is required at check-in.
• Advance payment may be required to confirm bookings.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in time: 2:00 PM
• Check-out time: 12:00 PM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 48 hours before arrival are free of charge.
• Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged for the first night.

4. Payment Terms

• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
• All rates include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Guest Responsibilities

• Guests are responsible for their personal belongings.
• Damages to hotel property will be charged to the guest.

6. Prohibited Activities

• Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not allowed in non-smoking rooms.

7. Privacy Policy

• Guest information is kept confidential and used only for booking and service purposes.
